About the project
The development consists of two projects "Prądnik Nowy" and "Pachońskiego Sky". The buildings are located in close proximity to three parks (Stanislaw Wyspiański, T. Kościuszko and Krowoderski). The quarter development of the project protects residents from street noise, and the inner courtyard is used for recreation and leisure. The varied architecture of the two independent projects is unified by a simple layout of monochromatic facades.
