Q3D Group's own investment. In a separate quarter, intimate buildings have been designed to fit in with the industrial character of Zablocie district. The apartments are distinguished by their non-standard height and large glazing, which are extended by spacious terraces and gardens. The center of the project are two inner courtyards - enclaves full of greenery, serving rest and recreation of residents.

An intimate property development investment located in close proximity to Cracow's Błonie and the Rudawa River. Spacious canopies of terraces enclose the body of the building in a simple and impressive way. The project is distinguished by the high standard of finishing of both the building facade and common areas. The center of the project is a spacious and representative lobby made with natural wood and architectural concrete.

First award in the SBDiM (the Association of House and Apartment Builders) competition.

Modern large-scale Class A office building. It is part of a larger complex, which also includes residential buildings. The project was implemented taking into account the standards and principles of sustainable construction.

SkyRes Apartments are part of a larger project belonging to the SkyRes office and residential complex. The project is in line with the idea of a city within a city, offering residents a self-sufficient housing estate with highly developed infrastructure. The project is distinguished by modern design and the highest standard of finishing. The complex creates a harmonious whole with a metropolitan character.

The project is located between the Ruczaj housing estate and the Łagiewniki-Borek Fałęcki district. It consists of 6-storey buildings with a simple, geometric body. The last retracted storey is decorated with a spacious terrace. The whole is made up of carefully crafted details, including mineral façade tiles, windows with enhanced acoustic parameters, plants purifying anti-smog ventilators.

The multi-family project is located in close proximity to the Wilga River and the Mateczny Spa Park. Designed quarter development protects residents from excessive noise and provides greater privacy.

The project is located between Rakowicki Cemetery and 29 Listopada Avenue. It includes two buildings symmetrical to each other with bright and subdued colors. Each apartment includes a loggia or balcony.

An estate of intimate terraced buildings, implemented in stages, located near the valley of the Rudawa River. The simple body of the buildings fits in with the greenery surrounding the project, and the designed spacious balconies and gardens are its extension.

Modernization and expansion of the historic 1907 Drukarnia Związkowa - Federal Print House, located in the very center of Cracow. The building was transformed to serve an office and retail function. The project cleaned up the irregular structure of the print house, introducing a modern character while preserving and restoring the historic facade.

The development consists of two projects "Prądnik Nowy" and "Pachońskiego Sky". The buildings are located in close proximity to three parks (Stanislaw Wyspiański, T. Kościuszko and Krowoderski). The quarter development of the project protects residents from street noise, and the inner courtyard is used for recreation and leisure. The varied architecture of the two independent projects is unified by a simple layout of monochromatic facades.

An intimate multi-family building with an underground garage located in the atmospheric Bronowice Małe at the intersection of Zielony Most and Katowicka streets. The low, horizontal volume fits into the secluded atmosphere of the district. Top-quality materials such as natural stone and wood, as well as high-quality plaster were used in the construction.

An intimate property development investment completed in the vicinity of Cracow's Błonie consisting of three interconnected apartment buildings of varied body. Built of high quality materials (wood, stone, glass) with an interesting architectural design.

The hotel building is located in the very center of Cracow's Kazimierz district opposite the Isaac Synagogue. The brick used in the façade, creates an arrangement of pilasters, subtly relating to the historic buildings of Szeroka Street.

A modern 10-storey residential and commercial building located in the Grzegórzki district. Attention is drawn to the simple but unconventional loggias, which give the impression of movement. The building's white-gray facade emphasizes the verticalhorizontal composition of the shape.

The residential and commercial complex, which is being implemented in stages, complements and enriches the high rise residential development in the southern part of Rzeszów. The simple white facades are designed with geometric compositions of gray, blue and yellow stripes. The buildings have been planned so that as many apartments as possible have a southern exposure.

The complex of three intimate buildings was constructed on wasteland stretching in the valley of the Rudawa River. Attention is drawn to the irregular volume of the building, creating a coherent whole. On the top floor there are two-level apartments with a green roof terrace and a view of the Kosciuszko Mound. The project promotes a natural materials and large glazing.

Winner of the "My home" competition - Golden Falcons 2016.

The project implemented in stages, consists of two residential buildings connected by underground garages and service area at the ground level. Between the buildings there is a green inner courtyard exclusively for residents. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic (including entrances to commercial premises) have been moved outside the private space of the people living in the building.

Q3D Group's own investment. The estate is located in a quiet and peaceful district of Cracow, in the close proximity of the Tenczyński Landscape Park. The main assumption of the project was to create a spacious housing estate with an intimate character. The focus was on comfortable balconies and gardens, low-rise buildings and convenient layouts of apartments.

Apartment buildings located between Kalwaryjska Street and Bednarski Park in Cracow. The environment and conservation conditions influenced the intimate nature of the project. The façade of the building was divided into smaller structures, referring to the climate of the tenement houses of Stare Podgórze / Old Podgórze.

The project consists of four low-rise buildings topped with green terraces available to residents. The project includes the highest quality materials such as granite, wood and glass.

An estate implemented in stages, comprising a variety of buildings - from singlefamily terraced houses, through small detached buildings, to multi-family buildings with services. One of the design assumptions was to fit the project into the existing greenery and preserve the valuable trees.

The need for a new church arose in connection with the rapidly developing residential complex at Architektów and Solidarności Streets. The austere, minimalist body is decorated with a tower whose specially designed walls form the sign of the cross. The building will also include a theatre hall, spaces suitable for meetings and workshops and exhibition spaces.
