The project implemented in stages, consists of two residential buildings connected by underground garages and service area at the ground level. Between the buildings there is a green inner courtyard exclusively for residents. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic (including entrances to commercial premises) have been moved outside the private space of the people living in the building.
